Jeff’s Favorite Omelet

2-3 Oz Pastrami 2 Each Slices of Tomatoes ¼ Cup Yellow Onions ¼ Cup Yellow Wax Peppers ¼ Cup Muffuletta Provolone and Swiss Cheese, to garnish 3 Each Eggs, beaten
Sautee all above ingredients in one pan except eggs.
In an other pan start cooking eggs (omelet style). Put sautéed items on the omelet add the cheese and plate add more cheese on top!
