Serves 4

20 Oz Turkey, ground
1 Each Garlic Clove, minced
3/4 Cup Breadcrumbs, fresh or dried
1/4 Cup Northwest Cherries, finely chopped
1 Tspn Salt
1/4 Tspn Pepper
12 Each Sunnyside Cheddar Cheese, slices
8 Each Sara Lee Classic Dinner Rolls, cut in half horizontally to make slider buns
Litehouse Ranch Dressing
Lettuce Leaves

In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, garlic, breadcrumbs, cherries, salt and pepper.  Divide mixture into 12 equal portions, then form into thin patties. Keep cold until ready to cook. Place a large heavy frying pan over high heat. Add a thin layer of olive oil and heat until shimmering, then reduce the heat to medium low. Cook the patties in batches, adding more oil as necessary. Cook each batch until cooked through, about 3 minutes each side. Cover the pan for the second half of each batch to ensure that the patties are cooked. Place cheese on the patties and remove to a warm plate until ready to serve. Spread some of the ranch dressing on the bottom half of each bun, then top with a few leaves of mixed greens. Place a patty on top of the greens, and then top with the bun. Serve immediately with Lay’s Classic potato chips.
