Bailey’s Irish Coffee
Cream Pots
(serves 2)

Ingredients:
8 each Lady Fingers,
broken in ½
3 oz espresso
15 oz Marscarpone Cheese
1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
1/3 cup Sugar
1 pint heavy cream
2 each large ripe strawberries, sliced, for garnish
cocoa powder, for garnish
brown sugar, for garnish
chocolate decorettes, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
Whip heavy cream until light and fluffy.
Add cheese, Bailey’s and sugar. Mix well. Fill a pastry bag with cheese and cream mixture. With the cheese mixture in a pastry bag, layer a small amount of the cream mix in a large cup or mug.
Add 2 ladyfinger halves dipped in the espresso to the cup. Add another layer of cream and top with one more espresso soaked lady finger, cut in half. Finish with the top layer of cream. Plate on a saucer, and garnish with berries, cocoa powder and brown sugar.
